What Does Rocco Rossi Think Of Toronto Sun Readers?

Remember that old saying? You can tell a lot about a person by the company they keep? Well, I decided to google Liberal leader Michael Ignatieff's chief of staff Ian Davey, who made some rather unfavorable comments about Toronto Sun readers being unable to read. What I immediately noticed in the search results was the name Rocco Rossi kept popping up. Of course Rossi is running in the upcoming election for mayor of, wait for it, Toronto.

So seeing as Rossi and Davey seems to have a political relationship dating back some years, perhaps someone in the media, say from the Toronto Sun for example, might want to ask Rossi his opinion on Toronto Sun readers, and what he thinks of Davey's comments. Hope Kinsella is available for crisis consultation.

Makes ya wonder whether this was some sort of strategy - position Rocco Rossi as the thinking man's mayor versus Rob Ford.

Of course, Davey took a shot at the Toronto Maple Leafs too. So, maybe he was just drunk.

At an upperclass soiree in downtown Toronto this evening, discussion eventually turned to the Toronto mayoral elections. This was a venue in which I am unaccustomed. The consensus without my input kept comming back to Rob Ford. His faiings were stated but he had the consensus after a discussion about those who were on Rossi's support team. I did not realise the negative opinions people had with regard to Warren Kinsella. It also seemed that at that point only Rossi was in second position.

Ford's support seemed to go deeper than I thought.

Here's one unwashed mouth breathing slob who would like to hear more about how Liberal MP Judy Sgro stole $100,000.00 from us but got not one single mention on the CBC.

Instead we got endless stories about the Prime Minister and a cracker.
